Demand for responsibly sourced and produced steel is growing, as sectors across the economy transition to a low carbon economy. The two sectors most actively seeking responsible produced low carbon steel are automotive and construction. Other interested stakeholders include industry investors and financiers. To date, there has not been an agreed standard to enable engagement across various stakeholders. Representatives from these sectors will be invited to the event to learn how the ResponsibleSteel Standard meets this need.back to news
