This document is the ResponsibleSteel Standard Version 1.0. It was drafted in accordance with the ResponsibleSteel Standard Development Procedure from February 2017 through to October 2019. This version is no longer active for ‘Certified Site’ and ‘Certified Steel’ certification.

This document is the second draft in the development of the ResponsibleSteel Standard Version 1.0. It describes requirements and 10 principles and criteria for the responsible sourcing and production of steel.
