Payment Policy‍

All payments are to be made in United States Dollars. Payment must be made within terms nominated on the invoice.

Pricing Policy‍

ResponsibleSteel reserves the right to increase prices at any time. However, orders which have already been placed under the previous pricing structure will still be fulfilled. All product prices are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy‍

No refunds will be accepted at any time unless the item has been supplied incorrectly. In this instance, products will be exchanged where the product/s remains undamaged. Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

International Orders‍

ResponsibleSteel reserves the right to quote additional fees or refund any order that may be prohibited to ship into certain countries.

Customer Service Policy‍

ResponsibleSteel is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We will endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event of an ordered item not being available, or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within two (2) business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
